Abstract
During the World Academic Summit at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), a prestigious Swiss public university, a series of insights emerged, which are presented below. The constant theme of this academic summit was the debate on how talent is generated and its intrinsic purpose of introducing humanistic values into academia.
